We have solid contractual relationships with multiple staffing agencies, for temporary staffing. This strategy keeps overhead costs low for our customers. Planning; the team is cross-trained so that during the bulk of the year our personnel can function in every area of the facility and during busy times the permanent team moves into the more complex functions (order picking, put-away, inventory team) and the agency workforce performs the unloading and loading functions.
